AIDS Walk Orlando - May 18, 2013
Hope and Help Center of Central Florida, Inc., Central Florida´s leading AIDS/HIV service organization presents AIDS Walk Orlando 2013 on Saturday, May 18th in Downtown Orlando. The walk will kick off at 8:00am from the Walt Disney World Amphitheatre at Lake Eola Park.
AIDS Walk Orlando is a walk established 18 years ago to raise awareness of HIV/AIDS services in the Central Florida area. Last year, over 2,000 Central Floridians attended the event with more expected to participate this year.
Last year $209,000 was raised by walkers, teams and online donations.

Created back in 1989 as a small floral headdress competition and fundraiser, the Headdress Ball has transformed into one of the top black tie galas in Central Florida and certainly one not to be missed! With the reputation as "Orlando´s Most Outrageous Charity Gala" guests are dazzled with a Las Vegas-style show, gourmet dinner, live and silent auctions, magnificent Headdress competition and so much more. The Headdress Ball is Hope and Help´s largest fundraising event of the year and all proceeds benefit the agency´s life saving programs and services.

In addition to our Signature Fundraising events, the Hope and Help Center often attends Community Health Fairs and Free HIV Testing Events. Also, there are many of our community partners who hold fundraising events for us at various locations to help us in achieving our mission and vision.
