Our Volunteer Program is the backbone of the agency, and a meaningful way to join in the fight against HIV/AIDS. Through orientation and training, volunteers are prepared to assist in all aspects of the organization. Volunteers are utilized in a number of areas including special events, public relations, administration, education and working at health fairs. Volunteers can also combine their passion with compassion to provide their professional services-such as legal services, advertising and public relations experience, and more for the Hope and Help Center and its clients. In addition to individual projects, we also offer projects for groups several times per year. Volunteering can be an excellent source for Team Building.

In order to become a Hope and Help Center volunteer, you must complete an orientation. Volunteer Orientations are generally held the 2nd and 4th Fridays of each month at 10 am. You must call to RSVP at least 2 days prior to the orientation being held. (407) 645-2577 ext. 113. Dates and times are subject to change.
*March will only have ONE volunteer orientation- March 27th at 10 am*

held on the 4th Friday of each month at 2 pm.

 It's that time of year again! Sanford Stroll is a fun and friendly walk through the zoo to raise money for those infected and affected by HIV/AIDS! For more information on how to sign up a team and walk, please call Sabrina at (407) 645-2577 ext. 120 or email her at sdeshner@hopeandhelp.org
We need volunteers to help with registration, cheering on the walkers, handing out water, and setup/breakdown.

 Now more than ever, Hope and Help is relying on the support of the community to help fund our community-based food pantry...we need ALL kinds of perishable food items, as well as all kinds of toiletries, to ensure our clients and their families do not go without during 2009!
