How We Can Help

Hope & Help is a not-for-profit health organization and Medical Clinic, offering HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) and STI (Sexually Transmitted Infection) testing, prevention, and treatment services.

Testing

Regular testing for HIV/STIs helps you stay healthy and puts you in control of your health.

PrEP

PrEP, when taken correctly, is up to 99% effective at stopping a HIV transmission before being exposed to the virus.

Medical Care

Getting treated for HIV and STIs is a form of HIV/STI prevention, when you are medically adherent with your treatment schedule your viral load gets under control.

Support

Hope & Help offers Support Groups for people with HIV, those who may be at-risk, and those who have been impacted by HIV, such as being a friend or family member of someone with HIV.

About Hope & Help

Hope & Help is a not-for-profit health organization and Medical Clinic, offering HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) and STI (Sexually Transmitted Infection) testing, prevention, and treatment services. Through its community based HIV and STI prevention and outreach programs, Hope & Help provides Free Rapid HIV, Syphilis, and Hepatitis C Testing at its primary location and throughout the community at a variety of health events. Through the Medical Clinic, Hope & Help provides a full panel of STI testing and treatment options, a fee may apply for these services.

With Florida consistently ranking higher nationally than most other states for new HIV and STI transmissions, Hope & Help is driven by its mission to end the HIV and STI epidemic in Florida through comprehensive health education, prevention, testing, and treatment. Ultimately, Hope & Help’s vision is to see all generations empowered with the knowledge, resources, and opportunities necessary to live healthy and stay well.

LANGUAGE ASSISTANCE
Hope & Help offers all of its services in English, Spanish, Creole, and Portuguese. If you would like to receive health services in a language other than English, please let a member of our team know.

Walk-In Info

Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, we are currently NOT accepting walk-ins. All medical and case management services require an appointment. You can schedule your appointment by calling 407.645.2577. When you call, consider a Virtual Appointment, which makes it easy for your to receive the same quality medical care from Hope & Help in the comfort of your home.

Medical Clinic Appointments

Please arrive 30-minutes before your scheduled Medical Clinic appointment to allow time for completing intake forms and bring a government issued photo I.D. and insurance information, if any. If you're unable to make your scheduled appointment, notify Hope & Help at least 24-hours in advance. A "no show" fee may apply for missed Medical Clinic appointments.

Case Management Appointments

If you're living with HIV and are an existing Ryan White patient at Hope & Help, please arrive 15-minutes early to your appointment and be sure to bring all documents, including proof of income, changes in household dependents, changes in medical condition, etc. To schedule a Case Management appointment, contact your Case Manager or click on the "Existing Patient" button below.

Other Appointments

If you're not living with HIV or are not a Ryan White patient at Hope & Help, and need assistance, call 407.645.2577 or click on the "New Patient" button below. Please arrive 30-minutes prior to your appointment and bring any necessary documents that support the reason for your visit, including a government issued photo I.D. During your initial visit you may not be seen by a health service provider. Instead, you may meet with a member of your care team who will assist you in determining the best services for your needs.
