Dr. Trey Vanderburg has over 20 years of experience as a medical provider and medical practice leader. His specialty includes family medicine, women’s health, and HIV medical care. Dr. Vanderburg’s extensive leadership experience includes innovating best practices in his private practice, at hospitals, and medical clinics.

Dr. Robert W. Rowe, MD
Medical Provider
Dr. Robert W. Rowe is a family medicine trained physician, practicing medicine since 2005. He grew up in Columbia, South Carolina and practiced there until 2018, when he moved to Orlando, Florida with his wife and kids. When not working, he likes to geek out watching his favorite movies and tries to keep up with his twins in elementary school.

Jenna Wimmer, APRN-C, has been practicing nursing for nearly 15 years in Orlando, FL and Chicago, IL. She specializes in Family Medicine, HIV/AIDS Primary Care, and LGBTQ+ Primary Care. Ms. Wimmer believes in providing primary care that makes patients feel respected and valued just as they are. At Hope & Help, Ms. Wimmer is known for her skilled approach to patient care and for putting patients first.

Laura Hollenberger, APRN-C
Nurse Practitioner
Laura Hollenberger is a board-certified family nurse practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is a graduate of UCF and UF. She has lived in Orlando for over 20 years, practiced a nurse practitioner for more than 10, and specialized in HIV/STI care and heart failure care for more than five. In addition to providing excellent primary care, she has focused on care for adults living with HIV, STI consultation and treatment, and sexual health including pre-exposure and post exposure prophylaxis. She has been credentialed with the American Academy of HIV Medicine. It’s her goal to individualize treatment plans with her patients based on their lifestyle and needs. This involves listening to her patient, discussing current evidence-based and guideline directed treatments, and deciding on a plan together. In her free time, she cares for her family and explores the great outdoors with hikes, kayaking, and paddle boarding. She also minored.
