Preparing For Your Visit

Preparing for your visit is an important step in partnering with your Hope & Help Medical Provider as an active participant in your overall health care. To make the most of your visit, make a list of questions and concerns you have and share them with your Hope & Help Medical Provider during your appointment. Remember, there's no such thing as a 'silly' or 'unimportant' question. Your health and wellness is what matters most to us at Hope & Help. If you're unsure of what questions to ask your Hope & Help Medical Provider, consider asking yourself these questions:

Before Your Appointment, Ask Yourself
  • What is the reason for my visit?
  • What are the symptoms that I am experiencing?
  • What prescription medications am I taking or should I take and why?
  • Have I been to the Emergency Room since my last visit?
  • Am I concerned for my physical safety and or mental health?
