You don’t have to stop having sex if you’re living with HIV. In fact, you may even get to explore more new ways to have a fulfilling, healthy sexual relationship with your partner(s). You deserve to have great, safe, and consensual, sex. The more comfortable that you feel about living with HIV, the more confident and sexy you will feel, and the more you will enjoy having sex!

It’s totally okay if this doesn’t sound like you right now – take your time and don’t force yourself to feel a certain way.
