Total Access to Total Wellness
The Hope & Help Health Care Assistance Program is a network of medical providers, pharmacies, and patients who ensures that everyone has access to quality, affordable health care. The Program is powered by the 340B Drug Discount Program and specializes in the prevention and treatment of HIV/STIs.
When you choose to use a medical provider and pharmacy for your HIV/STI treatment who is a Program Partner, you get the benefit of having a dedicated Health Care Advisor (HCA) to help you address the unique challenges that may prevent you from obtaining and staying in medical treatment. HCAs can help you with co-pay assistance, medication assistance, food assistance, transportation, mental health referrals, and more. There will be no reason for you not to obtain health care for your sexual health needs.
Plus, you can sit back and smile knowing that you’ve done a good deed for someone else. How? The purpose of the 340B Drug Discount Program is for medical providers and pharmacies to “pay it forward” – just by your participation, you increase their ability to offer others the same quality, affordable health care that you receive.
