Our Patient Assistance Programs are designed to remove barriers to care, providing help with medication, transportation, food, housing, and more for registered patients of Hope & Help.

Emergency Financial Assistance
Support for people living with HIV, offering education, care coordination, and medical support for uninsured patients. Covers HIV-related visits and medications for three months to help patients manage their condition and improve quality of life.
V-Sight Vision Program
Clearer vision for better living through a partnership with a local optometrist, providing eye exams, screenings, and up to two pairs of eyeglasses if needed.
Bridge Program for Uninsured Patients
Support for people living with HIV, offering education, care coordination, and medical support for uninsured patients. Covers HIV-related visits and medications for three months to help patients manage their condition and improve quality of life.
Transportation Assistance Program
Free rides to your medical appointments removes transportation barriers by providing Lyft rides to and from medical visits at our Metric location.
nPEP+ Medication Assistance Program
Emergency prevention after possible HIV exposure, providing uninsured patients access to nPEP medication and related care. Medication is available at no cost, with medical visits, labs, and STI treatment available at self-pay or sliding scale rates.
Sliding Fee Scale Program
Affordable healthcare based on income, offering discounted medical services for uninsured patients. Eligibility is based on household income, with coverage lasting three months.
$50 Medication Copay Assistance for Insured Patients
Help with medication costs, supporting insured patients who struggle to afford prescriptions. Provides $50 monthly copay assistance, valid only at Hope & Help Pharmacy.
Premium Insurance Assistance Program (PIAP)
Get insured and stay covered for eligible patients seeking HIV prevention or treatment and Hepatitis C care. Hope & Help covers Marketplace insurance premiums, with continued eligibility based on program compliance.
PrEP+ Medication Assistance Program
Prevention for those without insurance, helping uninsured patients access PrEP medication to prevent HIV. Covers medication only, with medical visits and lab work available at self-pay rates.
Emergency Food Pantry
Nourishment when it’s needed most, providing short-term food assistance to clients facing food insecurity. A temporary resource designed to support overall health and stability.
Emergency Housing Assistance
Support for stable housing, providing financial assistance with rent or mortgage to help prevent homelessness. Focuses on long-term housing needs, with funding limited based on availability.
