Dr. Azam Mark Garner
Dr. Azam Mark Garner believes that great healthcare starts with a strong patient relationship. As the Clinical Pharmacist and Director of Pharmacy at Hope and Help, he leads the community pharmacy with a focus on ‘stewardship’—ensuring every patient receives personalized attention and advocacy. With over 20 years of experience—from his early days as a pharmacy technician in 2005 earning his Doctorate from Midwestern School of Pharmacy—Dr. Garner is a dedicated advocate for your health. Whether you need help navigating specialty medications or simply have questions about your daily routine, he is here to support your journey to wellness.
Kaleighana Spencer
Kaleighana Spencer, is the Lead Pharmacy Technician at Hope & Help Pharmacy with more than seven years of experience in pharmacy operations. In this role, Kaleighana supports the pharmacist by processing prescriptions, resolving complex insurance issues, and ensuring patients receive timely, high-quality care. Known for a strong commitment to patient-centered service, she combines technical expertise with a personable approach to build trust and lasting relationships. Dedicated to excellence in pharmaceutical care, she is passionate about advancing the mission of Hope & Help while fostering a welcoming environment for all patients.
Ashley Mckoy
Dr. Ashley McKoy is our staff pharmacist at Hope and Help, where she helps manage the pharmacy, supports the Pharmacy Director, and the pharmacy team. Dr. McKoy is a multi-state licensed pharmacist who earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Florida A & M University. She has 14 years in the healthcare industry and 10 years of pharmacy practice, ranging from retail, outpatient, hospital, MTM, health insurance, and more. Dr. McKoy is passionate about patient-centered care, providing resources to patients in need, delivering work that creates meaningful impact, and upholding Hope and Help’s mission and vision.
John Willis
John Willis is a dedicated delivery professional with over 16 years of experience ensuring goods reach their destination safely and on time. Known for a spotless driving record and a deep knowledge of local routes, he prioritizes accuracy and customer satisfaction every mile. Whether navigating busy city streets or managing tight windows, John always brings a friendly attitude and a focus on security to every doorstep. “I take pride in being the final, dependable link in the supply chain and am committed to representing Hope and Help with excellence and care.”

Willie Kindell is a reliable delivery professional dedicated to getting patients for the medications they need, exactly when they need them. With 5 years on the road, Willie prides himself on being punctual, respectful of privacy, and always ready with a friendly smile.
