Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership specializing in Nonprofits, she is deeply committed to advancing mission-driven organizations. As CEO of Hope and Help, Thresa leads with compassion and innovation to empower underserved communities. Thresa’s career spans influential roles, including Senior VP of Finance at Edison Learning and Chief Financial Officer for large educational systems, managing budgets up to $2 billion. Her expertise in financial management and operational excellence has earned her prestigious awards, including Jacksonville’s Ultimate CFO Award and Women of Influence Award. An alumna of the Wharton Strategic CFO Program, Thresa combines strategic vision with unwavering dedication to community service, making her a trusted leader in driving systemic, impactful change.

Tanya R. Hollins is a strategic executive leader with over 20 years of experience driving organizational growth, operational excellence, and program scalability. As Chief Business Officer at Hope and Help, she oversees clinic and pharmacy operations and business development. Previously, Tanya held senior leadership roles at AMIKIDS, PACE Center for Girls and Saint Anselm College where she successfully led expanding multi-state programs, overseeing multi-million-dollar budgets, securing funding, and improving academic outcomes. A U.S. Navy Reserve veteran with advanced expertise in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and operational management, she is recognized for cultivating talent and fostering innovation.
