Thresa Giles, MBA, is a seasoned senior executive with over 30 years of experience in finance, operations, and organizational strategy, known for driving transformational change in both nonprofit and corporate sectors. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership specializing in Nonprofits, she is deeply committed to advancing mission-driven organizations.  As CEO of Hope and Help, Thresa leads with compassion and innovation to empower underserved communities. Thresa’s career spans influential roles, including Senior VP of Finance at Edison Learning and Chief Financial Officer for large educational systems, managing budgets up to $2 billion. Her expertise in financial management and operational excellence has earned her prestigious awards, including Jacksonville’s Ultimate CFO Award and Women of Influence Award. An alumna of the Wharton Strategic CFO Program, Thresa combines strategic vision with unwavering dedication to community service, making her a trusted leader in driving systemic, impactful change.

Erin Corbelli, SHRM-CP

Chief People and Culture Officer
Erin Corbelli, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience guiding people and culture initiatives across non-profit and corporate organizations. As Chief People Officer at Hope and Help Center, she oversees HR strategy, employee relations, benefits, compensation, and organizational development for 80+ employees across clinical and federally funded programs. Erin is known for her empathetic, transparent approach, supporting diverse teams across multiple locations. She holds a B.A. in Communications and Public Relations from PennWest University and multiple HR certifications, including SHRM-CP, Veterans @ Work, and Employing Abilities @ Work.

Tanya R. Hollins

Chief Business Officer

Tanya R. Hollins is a strategic executive leader with over 20 years of experience driving organizational growth, operational excellence, and program scalability. As Chief Business Officer at Hope and Help, she oversees clinic and pharmacy operations and business development. Previously, Tanya held senior leadership roles at AMIKIDS, PACE Center for Girls and Saint Anselm College where she successfully led expanding multi-state programs, overseeing multi-million-dollar budgets, securing funding, and improving academic outcomes. A U.S. Navy Reserve veteran with advanced expertise in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and operational management, she is recognized for cultivating talent and fostering innovation.

L Ryan Seunarine

Chief Program Officer
L Ryan Seunarine is a seasoned public health and healthcare operations leader with over 20 years of experience advancing community health, accessibility, and organizational excellence. As Chief Program Officer at Hope and Help, he oversees operations across seven departments and nine grants, expanding access to HIV prevention, testing, and care. A U.S. Air Force veteran with an active security clearance, Ryan has directed large-scale health programs, led teams of up to 178 members, and driven data-informed process improvements globally. He holds a Master of Science in Public Health and multiple certifications in project management, DEI, and global health.

Amie K. Young, CPA

Chief Financial Officer
Amie K. Young, CPA, is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience leading accounting and finance operations for non-profit organizations and healthcare entities. As Chief Financial Officer at Hope and Help, she oversees full-cycle accounting, grant management, and strategic fiscal planning. Amie has a proven record of streamlining processes, guiding mergers, and scaling organizations efficiently. Her leadership ensures transparency, compliance, and informed decision-making at the board level. She holds a Master’s in Accounting and Financial Management with a CPA emphasis from Keller Graduate School of Management and a B.S. in Accounting from Florida State University.
