Hope & Help is a community-based, nonprofit organization providing inclusive, client-centered health services, education, and support to improve individual and community well-being. We work to ensure every person regardless of background, identity, or circumstance has access to the care and support they need to live healthier, fuller lives.Â
Who We Serve
Individuals and families across Central Florida, focusing on communities that face health disparities, access issues or barriers to care.
Comprehensive Health Services
Clinical care, pharmacy, preventive screenings, wellness programs, and chronic condition and disease management.
Prevention & Education
Health education, community outreach, and programs to empower individuals to take charge of their well-being.
Supportive Services
Patient assistance, Ryan White case management, transportation assistance, support groups, and other services to remove barrier to care.Â

Events, initiatives, and partnerships that promote healthy living and strengthen connection.
Our History
Hope & Help began in 1988 as a small support group of a few friends who cared for a close friend who was dying of AIDS-related complications. Since then, Hope & Help has grown into one of the most comprehensive community health service organizations in Florida.
Mission
Hope and Help provides compassionate, comprehensive care and education to eliminate the spread of HIV and reduce related health disparities in Central Florida, by addressing social determinants of health and empowering underserved communities guided by our core values of Compassion, Integrity, Empowerment, Innovation, Collaboration and Excellence.Â
Vision
By the year 2029, Hope and Help envisions becoming the premier resource for comprehensive health services, setting the standard for excellence in care. Through innovative programs, the organization aspires to achieve 50% reduction in new HIV transmissions in the communities we serve.Â
