L Ryan Seunarine is a seasoned public health and healthcare operations leader with over 20 years of experience advancing community health, accessibility, and organizational excellence. As Chief Program Officer at Hope and Help, he oversees operations across seven departments and nine grants, expanding access to HIV prevention, testing, and care. A U.S. Air Force veteran with an active security clearance, Ryan has directed large-scale health programs, led teams of up to 178 members, and driven data-informed process improvements globally. He holds a Master of Science in Public Health and multiple certifications in project management, DEI, and global health.
